$150 U.S. dollars of purchase.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
- FREE
SHIPPING only applied on single order over $150 U.S. dollars of purchase.
-If canceling an item(s) or exchange an item(s) after order is placed
causing the total below the amount of $150 U.S. dollars, Shipping charge will be
applied to your order automatically without notice.
- Combining orders will
not be entitled for \gFREE SHIPPING\h.
- Shipping couriers selection does not
apply for "FREE SHIPPING".
- Complete Shipment: We will hold until all the Pre-Release/Back Order
items arrived before we ship out your order.
- Please input detail instruction in "CUSTOMER COMMENT" field when you
check-out. A dedicated personnel will reply you once we received your order.

- We DO NOT responsible for your local custom
house clearance.

WILL NOT re-send any items, if the items stop by your local custom house.

We ship all packages in brown envelopes. There is a plain label that simply
has your name and address, and a discreet return address.
Orders are shipped via "US Postal Service Air Mail".
Customer will receivenotification within 48 hrs to confirm. Most non-U.S. orders will arrive in 5-10 business days. Cases
are not provided.
our orders will be shipped out within three (3) to ten (10) business day.
Note: We will hold until all the Pre-Release/Back Order items arrived before we ship out your order.
The "PRICE" and/or "RELEASE DATE" of the Pre-Release titles are subject to change, due to internal errors or studio changes without notice. Price adjustment will not be made if the order had ship out.
if any item(s) is discontinued after your order is placed, we have couple solutions for you to choose:
- You may exchange for another item at the same or less value than the original price and we will credit you back if there's any difference in the value.
- You may ask for a refund and we will credit you back the full value of the item. If you pay other than credit card, we will issue you a Store Credit for your next purchase.
In any circumstance, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond us within 14 days, a store credit will be automatically issued to your account with aloha-dvd.com for your next purchase.

Our Return & Refund Policy:RETURN AN UNOPENED ITEM, IN ORIGINAL
PACKING AND IN GOOD CONDITION: You may return any unopened items that are
in their original packaging and in good condition. aloha-dvd.com
is not responsible for the shipping cost. You must notify us within (7)
days of delivery by email to obtain an (RMA# - authorization for returns).
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, customer will receive
a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions for sending
the return item(s) back to us. These item(s) must be returned to us within 3
weeks after the issue date of a RMA#. Return item(s) must be securely packaged
and wrapped.
Customers returning an unopened item(s) that is in its
original packaging and in good condition will receive a full refund on the
item's price. However, shipping and handling charge of the order will not be
refunded. Please note that for all returning item(s), we will verify their
conditions before sending out a refund.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a domestic return (The processing
time for international orders is expected to be a bit longer). We recommend
that you send your return via a reliable carrier. We are not responsible
for lost returns.Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
RETURN DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGE ITEM(S): If you receive a damaged or
defective item, please tell us the Order Number & the product condition
within (7) days of delivery by email to obtain an (RMA#) authorization
for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer

We will also be responsible for
the shipping cost (for regular Air Mail returns ONLY) by issuing a \gStore
Credith to your aloha-dvd.com account.
Please be reminded that we
will ONLY pay your returning shipping cost if the package is returned by regular
Air Mail. All other means of returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier
services will not be applied.
If the package was returned by any means
other than regular Air Mail, aloha-dvd.com reserves the right to decide
on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air
Mail return. Please note that for all returning products, we will verify their
conditions before sending out a replacement or a refund. As a result, any
defective reports on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.

| Defective or Damaged Items. |

| Wrong Item(s) was received in my order. |
If you received a wrong item that is not what you ordered, please notify
us within seven (7) days of delivery by sending an email to us to obtain
an (RMA#) authorization for exchange. Unauthorized returns may be refused

the (wrong item you received)

| Incompatible or Region Code problem. |
99% of our DVD titles are Region Free (All Region). Region coding
information for each DVD title can be found on the product detail page.
Before you make a purchase, please make sure that the title is compatible
with your player. However, we are willing to exchange to another
DVD title at the same equal or lower price of the original item you ordered.
The different in price will not be refunded and you will only have to pay
for the postage for the replacement to you. You must notify us by
email within seven (7) days of the delivery to obtain an (RMA#) authorization
for exchange. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
After we received the return product, we will examine and test the incompatible
item(s). If the incompatible problem you described is not found , we will
ship you back the original item and you will be responsible for all the

| Do I need to pay postage charges for returning an item(s)? |
If a returned item is confirmed to be defective or damaged,
aloha-dvd.com will responsible for the return postage and shipping
expenses. We will reimburse you for the relevant amount by issuing you \gStore
Credith but only if you return the relevant item by standard Air Mail.
This compensation scheme will not apply to other methods of shipment
such as registered Air Mail or Courier services.
If the package was
returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, aloha-dvd.com
reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on
the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment. Please note that before shipping a
replacement or authorizing a refund for a returned products, we will first
verify its condition. If you choose to return any unopened items (that are in
their original packaging and are in good condition), you must pay the shipping
expenses.

| Why do I need a RMA# for returns? |
In any case, before any item(s) are sending back to us, you
need to obtain a (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization number from us to keep
track of the case and problem until it's solved.

| How will you process my refund? |

SHIPING\h offer in your original order. The appropriate shipping charges will
